01 — Clandesite
A store that loads before you second-guess yourself.
Clandesite needed an e-commerce experience that never stalls on mobile and still looks as sharp as the product.

Challenge
The old template store was slow, cluttered, and lost shoppers on phones before checkout. The catalog grew — conversions did not.
Approach
We designed a high-contrast layout with a clear hierarchy, cut the path to purchase to three steps, and built the frontend in Next.js with motion that supports decisions — not decoration.
Outcome
Faster loads, a shorter path to cart, and a visual presence that holds attention. The store finally feels like the product.
